Sage Bambino - Black

Very pleased with this as my first foray into espresso! Seems consistent to me so far.

Only downsides really are that the included tamper is awful, too small for the basket and made of cheap plastic. The lack of weight of the machine isn't ideal, but again, frankly that's not a serious issue and is the sort of thing like the tamper that allows it to be so cheap, in part.

It can be a bit funny sometimes if you forget to refill the tank before it runs empty, had to reset it a few times to get it back to normal but nothing major, and for the price, you get perfectly good medium/dark roasted shots of espresso - steam wand is good too.

This was a Christmas gift, and so far so good. The Bambino is great, in packaging, design, and materials. Straight out of the box, after a few tutorials online, and with a good selection of Origin beans, the coffee quality is a notch above many cafes I have visited. With a bit of practice and dialling in, it'll only get better. There might be limitations, such as the non-adjustable settings and speed at which one can churn out drinks, but that's a given in a machine of this size, and overall the Bambino sits weight above it's class.
